Laparoscopic Surgery (minimally invasive) is the present and future for the approach of functional, metabolic and oncological gastrointestinal pathologies, giving the patient a reduction in the risks of any surgery.
Minimally Invasive Surgery has lower blood loss, less pain, shorter hospital stay and early reincorporation to daily activities, thats why I am interested in specializing and certifying myself as an advanced laparoscopic surgeon.
